300

A milestone.
300 what? Why, 300 geocaches of course!
(okay, I think I can hear your groaning from here! Come on, geocaching is cool and fun....isn't it?)

You know, I've concluded that day light savings is a good thing..... now that I've adjusted to it. Day light savings means it stays lighter for longer at night and that allows me more time to geocache. Plus, the nicer weather means I'm willing to venture out and find these hidden treasures.

It's been bugging me for a while. Being so close to 300. I don't know why, but it's been driving me crazy to have only found 297 and having to stop cause it's cold and snowy. So, tonight while Abigail was at dance, I decided to find 3 caches in the area. Plus, if I'm out geocaching, it means I'm not wasting time in the stores and I won't be tempted to buy things we don't really need.
It only took me a half hour to find all three.... mainly due to driving around and not the length it took me to actually find the caches. So, now I've reached 300 and I'm a happy girl. It will stop bugging me.... until I reach some other milestone that is just out of reach.

Next goal will be to find 400 caches before my 2nd geocaching anniversary, which is in July. Maybe I'll start bringing a camera with me and I'll post pictures of some of the more fun and unique hides that I find.
